I heard their depression from my client.
They visited some doctor and some specialist for it.
Nobody can not understand their trouble.
At last, they visited me for Reiki healing.

I think they are influenced by their karma.

The karma is that is incurred through your own actions.
As ex. depression, we have mind problems.
I think, it may react on the ''wheel of karma''.

I think Reiki healing is useful, of cause.
It goes without saying that Reiki healing is not cure.

The main ingredient was beet roots.
We can not buy it  in Kobe, Japan of my home town.
It is beautiful red color and the taste is so delicious.

Today was the workshop of the first experiment for me.

Four people and  two volunteers attended my workshop.

To everybody, ''Thank you very much for my workshop'' .

We had a very happy & a very enjoyable time.

The Japanese lunch, ODEN, was received a favourable meal.

I was a very happy day, today. 

                      Noriko think aloud the ''Self-Love'.

The ''Self-Love'' means ''I love me''.
If we love to own-self, we can say ''thank you'' to own-self anytime. 
If we can say ''thank you'' to own-self, we can see our inside body.
If we can see our inside body, we can care of health.
If you hug without self-love, it is only the word ''love''.

About me,

After my life was changed, I could not find out my real life forth energy.

I try to care of a garden, to attend to CP group and to sing a song.

I feel my life forth energy increase a little by little in my mind.

Because, nobody could not join.

I wonder today was not good day for gathering. It looks like so.

Which do you chose, if you learn Reiki or Kundalini Yoga?

Reiki is simple healing techniques, only using own palms. Sometimes,
when we would like to heal own back body, it is a difficult position.
Reiki is best way, which can give healing energy from other person
to their person who can not heal to own body by physical problem. 
It is so convenience.

If you are not physical problem for movement, Kundalini Yoga is
the best self-healing way. 
In Kundalini Yoga practice, there are lots of fantastic technique
for own immune system.  Also, it can do distant healing.
Kundalini Yoga practice open your deep mind easier more than Reiki.

- If you get both techniques, yourself-healing becomes stronger.
At last, your life problems will run away!
- If you learn both, you will get answer:
"why we can get well from problem of physical" and "why we get ill".

I am thinking about Self-Healing.
