Meditation for the Fifth Chakra.

What is he most important power of person?
It is the spoken word, both what you speak and how you speak.

Ugly words are effective, and praises are effective.

So, the idea of a human is to use grace, not negativity.

The Fifth Chakra is associated with the power to master the word,
and to master the skill to initiate action that come from the soul.

It is a doorway to the realms of higher consciousness.

Yogi Bhajan says:
Those who do not know to live to their words shall never
have the knowledge to know God.

Chant the Aji Mantra for tuning in.

Posture: Sit in Easy pose or chair with a strait spine.
Apply Jalamhar Band ( Neck lock)

Finger: Gyan Mudra

Mantra: Humee hum, Brahm Hum

Focus: at the tip of the nose.

Time: for 11 min a day for 18 months will keep you young in spirit
and looks.

Do on exercise of a combination of Posture, Mudra, Mantra, Breathing,
and Rhythm

Prehistoric Epoch. (? – 1800 BC)
There is evidence that rudiments of yoga and meditation are known
during this period.
Yogi Bhajan says that even in those times there were form of yoga and meditation. The biggest changes in those times came from the massive shifts in global weather patterns and the consequent crop and wildlife adaptations. He specifically mentioned a massive in weather about 10,000 years ago that forced migrations. It was these migrations that blended cultures from different areas and which catalyzed the development of many of the new cultural forms of spiritual practice. He emphasized that the early forms of yoga were systematized 100,000 years ago. They were then reformulated in later cultures at 80,000, 40,000, and 10,000 years ago, and they are being reformulated now.

Kundalini Yoga

kundalini Yoga is the uncoiling of the being.

It is the portential of creativity of the Infinite in the finite.

It is the widening of the behavior, and it is ultimate happiness in life.  It ia
super-humanly human.

It is intelligence.

It is grace.

It is upmost compassionate being.

It is classic Truth which radiastes in every facet of life.

It is a scientific technoligy which can be learned and taught.

It is taught; it is not a momentary diversion to liik unnsual or feel unusual.

It is the central nerve system we are talking about which extends the grasp of the brain to imagine Infinity in its totality, and then it is a gradual prosess to work for that experience.

It is a scientific technolrgy for happiness.

For a Happy New Year's Mantra.

Make vibration by chanting.  Enjoy!  5Click  and see a big size.

 EK ONG KAAR SAT NAAAAAAAM SIRI WAH HE GUROO

I recommend this Mantra for a New Year.
Enjoy with a mini Piano. 453

 

This mantra is chanted before sunrise in the morning for the two and one-half hours.

 

I suggest the time for 11minutes, and expand a little by little to 31 minutes.

1) Sit with your spine should be strait.

2) Apply the Neck Lock (Pull should be strait).

 

Inhale deeply and cant Ek  Ong Kar

Inhale deeply and cant Sat Na-aaaaaam

Almost out of breath and chant Siri.  Inhale ½ breath and chant Wah – he-G’roo

Inhale deeply again to repeat the cycle.

Continue for 11 minutes, or longer.

About Patanjali Sutras.

An Introduction to Yoga
The foundation of all later Schools of Yoga go back to Patanjali.
The word Yoga automatically calls to mind Sage "Patanjali"
the founder and father of Yoga. He lived around three? centuries
before Christ, and was a great philosopher and grammarian.
He was also a physician and a medical work is attributed to him.
However this work is now lost in the pages of time.

His best known work is Patanjali Yoga Sutras of Aphorisms on Yoga.

This meditation bring a total mental balance to the individual psyche.  Vibrationg on


each fingertip alternates the electrical polarities.  The index and ring fingers are


electrically negative, relative to other fingers.  This causes a balance in the


electromagnetic projection of the aura.

(1) Sa Ta Na Ma meditation for on 2/Sep/Sun.

On 2/Sep/ 07 is  Gathering of Kundalini Yoga Meditation “Sa Ta Na Ma” .
I explain (1) How to do “and (2) What mean? of Sa Ta Na Ma” Meditation for you.
               
                             (1) How to do?
- 1- Sit with your spine straight. it is important!  Use a chair or the easy pose.


Eyes are closed. (Third eye is good)


Your palms put on your knees or knee joint.  (Depending on a chair or the easy pose).


- 2- Keep moving your fingers throughout the entire meditation with voice sounds.


Sa   Push thumbs and forefingers or Index fingers with a music scale “Ra”


Ta   Push thumbs and muddle fingers or Tall fingers with a music scale ‘So”


Na   Push thumbs and ring fingers with a music scale “Far”


Ma   Push thumbs and little fingers with a music scale “So”


- 3- Next is:


First 5 minutes chant ALOUD: Sa Ta Na M a with each finger positions.


Next 5 minutes chant LOUD WISPER: Sa Ta Na M a with each finger position.


Next 11 minutes chant SILENTLY: Sa Ta Na M a with each finger positions.


Next 5 minutes chant LOUD WISRER again: Sa Ta Na M a with each finger positions.


Last 5 minutes chant ALOUD again: Sa Ta Na M a with each finger positions


- 4)  Inhaul deeply, lift your arms straight up in the air, and vigorously shake out the fingers until you feel agreeable hands.  Relax and listens “Sa Ta Na Ma” through your mind.


The first practice start from 11 minutes.  Increase your  practice time and keep up till 31 minutes.


 


Let’t do this practice with me.

Until then practise every day at least for 11 minutes.  Keep up! , and challenge for 31 minutes.

The beer is good taste! But,,,,/ビールはおいしい!でもね、、、。

We would like to drink beer in the warm room. It must be nice!
My father likes alcoholic drinks, but I am not interested in it.
Beer is excretion a lot of water from your body.

You know beer works as urination function.


You know beer is not only water, don’t you? 
After drink beer, your blood does not flow smoothly
as it becomes thick blood.  In addition, alcohol is absorbed
quickly by the intestines.  So, the blood will be thick quickly, too. 
Let’s take many cups of water for your body after you drink
alcoholic drinks.

ビールは体から水分を排泄する排尿作用があるそうです。
ビールはお水ではないですね。
排尿作用でビールを飲んだ後血液がどろどろになってる
そうです。

それに腸はアルコールをすばやく吸収するようです。
アルコール類を頂いたあとは沢山のお水を体に補給して
あげましょう

- Many elements of a yogic diet stimulate the kidneys
to eliminate waters and decrease their workload
by decreasing the intake of toxins.

Kidneys: lot of pure water, all green vegetables, celery juice, cucumber juice, corn silk tea, basmati rice. (Note: Corn silk tea increases excretion of urine and is not appropriate for all conditions)
Bladder: eggplant, okra, green leafy vegetables, carrots, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, olives, vitamins C and E, calcium.

Probably the biggest insult to the kidneys is the failure to drink enough water.
Eating a lot before bed compounds the problem, since the kidneys concentrate
that waste all night.
It is critical to monitor and deal with ant symptoms of high blood pressure,
as high blood pressure damages the kidneys and, ultimately, the heart.

If kidneys eliminate more water, then the volume goes down
and blood pressre goes down with it.


Therefore, unhealthy kidneys will put a great deal of stress on
all other organs and on the heart in particular.


Sitting on top of the kidneys, the adrenal glands communicate
to the kidneys primarily through the hormone aldosterone.
