The final get-together of 2008.

Everybody have various happenings, small or big, in year and in 2008 year also.
For me, my life was big changed.
In Japan,coming December we will have various the get-together
with friends, colleagues, family and etc.
We gather to talk, to eat and to drink, and we have enjoyable healing times
each other
about various happenings in year.
Like this the get-together is called ''BONEN-KAI''

I have a plan the ''BONEN-KAI'', the get-together of the end of 2008
for Self-Healing, Kikuartfashions and  Friends.
I make a Japanese food ( not using meat) and rice.

11-11:30am Deep Breathing way and Reiki Hatsurei-ho
11:30-12:30pm Kundalini Yoga Meditation
12:30-1:30pm Joyful lunch (a Japanese food, rice and other)
Around 2pm Playing an instrument (not professional).
2:30pm It is finish.
