Could you remember Yoga cautions? If you are not understand these cautions, you may have, or you may not have some injuries. Sure, keep them!!
The first step of Kundalini Yoga.You have to chant, before you start to have your Yoga time.
This chanting is “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”
Yogi Bhajan taught to us The Golden Chain of Kundalini Yoga.
Gold chain is like attunement of Reiki. Reiki attunement is attuned by teacher, from teacher to students with reverence.
K-Yoga is attuned by own self with chanting using manta of “Ong Namo Guru Dev
Golden Chain means: *Through the ages, the transference of spiritual awareness, consciousness, and power has been handed from master to discipline, in a continuous chain whose links are forget of reverence, obedience, devotion, and humility on the part of the student, and infinite love and sacrifice on the part of teacher. *from a book ”Kundalini Yoga: The Flower of Eternal power”

About me, I took for long time for deep understanding of this Golden Chain. Now, while I chant three times, my physics and mentality can get vibrations of so calm and relaxed.

Depending teacher, how chanting is a little bit difference. His chanting is similar of me.
Usually we chant one mantra with one exhale. However, for beginners can breathe in through your mouth before chant ‘Guru’.
On 7/Oct (Sun), there is a meditation lesson with group. You can learn at there from me.

This is important things, too.
When you practice Kundalini Yoga at home by my Web Log lessons with having a good time, you need to know basic ideas.
I give seven suggestions.1= Research website about Kundalini Yoga. You will be able to find out lots information from them.
2= You must not compare to other person. Please compare to own self.
3= Do not push, if you feel difficult thing.
4= Move slowly with comfortable feeling.
5= Feel your breath with your movement.
6= The mother of nature is our great teacher. Have the yoga time with reverence and gratitude.
7= The goal of Yoga make to wake up to our soul. You will be able to get in your life these basic ideas of from 1 to 6, if you try to do yoga.
Be relax and be pure mind to you, and lead your physique by your mind.
Kundalini Yoga Lessons: So important things!!

I start Kundalini yoga lesson.
I try to teach Kundalini Yoga lesson by Web Log in compliance with one Japanese wishes. This is the first my experience. I will do efforts it, in Japanese word “GAN-BATTE, GAN-BATTE!"
Also, GAN-BATTE, GAN-BATTE!" to everybody.
Especially keep three rules sure, when you do Kundalini Yiga at home using my Web Log as same as other exercise. These are so important things.
1* Do not do within two hours after dinner
2* You must advice by doctor, depending upon your health condition.
3* Do not push to your body by any Kundalini Yoga poses for the menstruating women.
If you would like to do Kundalini yoga by own-self with my Web Log lessons, get 7 preparations.
1- Use flexible cotton clothes. If your hair is long, do up it in a bum.
2- Make an atmosphere for keeping calm. Example, switch ff the telephone bell and you put on white cloth as Kundalini Yoga recommend the colour. You will feel clear or refresh image, I recommend.
3- Bare feet are best.
4- Get ready water beside you.
5- Get ready a blanket beside you to keep your body temperature.
6- Especially the music is not necessary. If you would like to make atmosphere, choose carefully. (There are a lot of CD)
7- The last one. If you do Kundalini Yoga lessons at home from the economic condition, you need the strong mind. However, human is the possibility of lazy.
This is one of human behaviour. If you become weak mind, write any your idea on this Web Log Comment, please. I may be able to support for you.
