Friend, Saying, excellent, high spirits and other good meaning.
His tooth came out to adult tooth completely.
Soon, he will be adult dog.
Last month he had a small surgery for castration.
By do it, registration fee become cheap! I heard so.
Anyway, he become safety dog for environment.

Last Saturday, at Riccarton Park, one of cars was broken the window
and was stolen the something.
''Recently, around here is becoming no safer area''.
My neighbor who is living for long years said me like this
as if it is her low murmur.I have nothing to say.
It is so sad as the reality.
The second of New Year's Day is important in Japan.
Everything will be started from the day; almost people desire happiness
and health or own dreams and wish in 2009.
We go to Shinto shrines with the dream, and we pｒay the wish to God for it.
This is Japanese culture.
My wish in 2009 are to do volunteers for Cancer & Alzheimer's disease.
I would like to give Reiki and Kundalini Yoga healing by my experience
through Arthur and my mother.
Aiso, I pray for the welfere of household to everybody.

I go out by e-bicycle.
I put my pet, Yuu, into the top basket.
I pedaled against the wind.
An e-bicycle is not tired.
An e-bicycle must be pedaled with care.
It runs faster.

We can feel viblation from sound and etc.
When I went concert with deaf friend, she was enjoying
the viblation of music by simple box with her hands.
We know a prism.
The ray of sunlight is viblation.
We are living in every viblation.
Even our body is formed by viblation.
Every viblation have individual rhythm.
Whichever, we comfort feeling, if it is nice viblation.
Let's make comfortable viblation.
So, it will be comfortable to the world's end.

I got a beautiful flower bundle for my husband from ORANA PARK.
He always loved the ORANA PARK.
Thank you for him.
I lost my husband at New Zealand of a foreign country.
His family is not in New Zealand.
My family is not, also.
Everything is inexperienced for me, English, culture, the law and etc.
My heart become so delicate feeling by the unexpected occurrence of our life.
I can feel warm heart of time two more than at ordinary.
I always say ''thank you to everybody'' from my deep mind.
The final get-together of 2008.
Everybody have various happenings, small or big, in year and in 2008 year also.
For me, my life was big changed.
In Japan,coming December we will have various the get-together
with friends, colleagues, family and etc.
We gather to talk, to eat and to drink, and we have enjoyable healing times
each other
about various happenings in year.
Like this the get-together is called ''BONEN-KAI''

Breathing of Yogic and singing.
Yogic breathing is long deep breathing.
Long deep breathing is made by abdominal breath,
chest breath and clavicular breath.
Also they need to continue in rhythmic way.
Then, by long deep breath it is caused to be calm down to body & mind.
Singing breath is also long deep breathing.
When our high voice is produced, aloud abdominal have to keep bowl shape.
By keeping the shape, the high voice is caused to be sympathetic vibrations.

I got your present the other day.
Thank you very much.
I took a photo for my memory.
From the end of Sep. I welcomed a poppy as my family.
About one month ago, the poppy was 3 months old.
I named him ''YUU''.
YUU means Friend, Bravery,Leader, Excellent and many more good meaning.
He did not wail at any night, and slept well every day.
He learn my mind quickly.
Now YUU is 4 month poppy.
He can learn manners quickly, ex. lay down, wait, bring to me, OK and toilet.
Sometimes he barked to strange sound for security.
He is growing and will more growing.
Already, a frriend ask me,
''I would like to get babies between YUU and two female bichons.
I got YUU only two months ago as poppy..
Now, I heard about copulation,
I have not any idea!
He is a great friend of me. 
The Get-together of singing. 
How different are breath Yogic and singing?
Yogic breathing:
They are three parts of breath; the abdominal, the thoracic and the clavicles.
The exhale is the upper deflates, followed by the chest and then
as abdomen empties so we pull back on the navel towards the spine.
Inhale begins deep in the abdomen, expanding the belly,
then expanding the chest and finally lifting the upper ribs and clavicle.
Bring your attention to your navel and begin to take a slow,
deep breath in through your nostril,
Continue in a rhythmic way.
Breathing of singing:
Breath in is mouth and nostrils and beath is hold on the navel point .
Exhale is the breath through your mouth with holding the navel point.
Since this August, every two weeks, I began to learn properly singing.
After lessons of 4th time, there was a Get-together of singing.
The Get-together is named ''Crescendo''.
When I was young, I felt ashamed to sing a song in front of somebody.
Except the ''Karaoke''.
At the ''Crescendo'', I sang two songs to the piano.
Loudly singing voice give an effect to 4th chakra.
Also the singing make a strong mind.
If you do not like to do the physical exercises so much,
I recommend to sing a song properly by good teacher.
It is good for keeping health.
How to pull and who pull our good fortune.
Our cells are consisted the basic predisposition of our body.
Most cells are so tiny.
In our body, there are over 200 different kinds of cell in your body,
inclouding nearve cells, skin cells, blood cells, bone cells,
fat cells, muscles cells and many more.
Also, there are 75 trillion cells in our body.
Within one year, 99% of cells will be chaged to new cells.
Each cell consist the vibration.
If our five senses are polished to catch the vibration
our predisposition will be possible to be changed.
Good own cells will pull our good fortune!
Feed the Good Wolf
One day,

There lives a good wolf and a bad wolf,
Who fight each other all the time.
Who do you think wins?"
The young boy hesitated, not being sure,

Yuu is Bichon frise x Poodle.
This kind of dog's life is about 14 years.
For 14 years, and it is my life, too!
I feel deeply that I and his life have to enjoy for the life of 14 years.
This is a new face of my pet.
His name is Yuu.
Yuu is Japanese name.
The meaning is Friend, Sweet, Reality, Brave, Evening and etc.
I will have a enjoyable life with Yuu.
